Tom and I have decided that I need some assistance. The idea is a 3 year Lydiard based training plan that will get me to peak athletic condition just in time for my entry into the Masters running category (aged 40+)
Tom and I will be co-authors of a blog where he'll post workouts and I'll post how the workout went, what I was feeling, etc. I invite everyone to follow teamTerrible over there.....
